AMSI collects most of this personal information from our clients or from you or your authorized representatives by telephone or by electronic or other written communications. We may also collect information about you from our service providers, from third parties and from third parties with your consent.

AMSI does not sell personal information to third parties.

Data processing and storage

The personal information we collect is stored and processed in the United States, or where we or our partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities.

We only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide a service, or to improve our services in the future.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Modifications to the Privacy Policy go into immediate effect after they have been posted. See Last Updated date at the end of this Privacy Policy. If you do not afree with the policy, you should cease use of the site immediately.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents may have the right to request, free of charge, that a business disclose certain information. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose:

A consumer can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA by sending us a notarized power of attorney. You must verify your identity and provide authorization to speak with your authorized agent. You must describe your request with sufficient detail to enable us to respond to your request.

You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. If the information AMSI maintains about you falls into one or more exceptions, AMSI may not be able to delete the information.

A consumer has a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of the privacy rights as described herin.
